I was the Scenic Designer, Scenic Artist and Prop Master for this production.

Francis Biddle, former U. S. Attorney General and Chief Judge of the Nuremberg Trials, is trying in vain to finish his memoirs. A bright young girl from the prairie is brought in to help. Different backgrounds, different views of the world collide..but when the dust settles…they each discover a new respect for a different generation.

Challenges:
— The pit is 6 feet from deck to the pit base. I raised the stage to give more room for a set of stairs and the feeling of height (a hayloft converted into an office)
— LOTS of paper and lots of files!! Nothing is white. All paper is cream.
— Her side is lighter in appearance and brighter. His side is heavier in appearance and darker.
— Set in 1968
— Period, WORKING Typewriter and Dictaphone.
— So many books… so many...
