Stained glass lamp shade

Based on a Frank Lloyd Wright dining room lamp. The original hung from the ceiling. I reinterpreted it.

Oh my.. Somebody has done the butterfly lamp.. Thumbs up! Must have been exceptionally hard and tiresome project. I'd like to have this lamp. It is beatiful.

It wasn't too hard since I did a reintrepretation of the original. I believe the original was twice the size and over 600 pieces. Mine was about 100 I think. I used patterened glass to make it feel like more pieces used. It took a few month of work on and off. I did it for a class.

Correction... Mine is 240 pieces. I think his is 1200 or so.
